CHROMIUM: 100mcg → 1mg

We are increasing Chromium 10-fold, from 100mcg to 1mg. (200mcg per capsule)

Chromium is involved in normal macronutrient metabolism and insulin signaling. One proposed mechanism involves chromodulin, a chromium-binding molecule associated with insulin-receptor signaling.

This is one reason Chromium has been extensively studied in the context of glucose metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and body composition.

Instead of including Chromium merely as a token trace amount on a label, we're increasing it to 1mg per daily serving, to have a measurable impact on Blood Sugar Levels.

MOLYBDENUM: 250mcg → 1.5mg

Molybdenum may be one of the most overlooked minerals in nutrition.

It serves as a cofactor for several molybdenum-dependent enzymes, including Sulfite Oxidase and Aldehyde Oxidase (as well as Xanthine Oxidase and Mitochondrial amidoxime-reducing component (mARC); but we will focus on the first two for simplicity).

SULFITE OXIDASE — SULFUR METABOLISM

Molybdenum is an essential cofactor for Sulfite Oxidase, the enzyme responsible for converting sulfite into sulfate.

Why does that matter?

Sulfite can be generated during the metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids, particularly methionine and cysteine.

This means Molybdenum sits directly inside an enzymatic pathway involved in processing sulfur compounds generated during normal protein and amino-acid metabolism.

This relationship is one reason we think Molybdenum deserves far more attention when discussing sulfur metabolism and individual tolerance to sulfur-containing foods and compounds.

Some individuals report feeling unusually tired, lethargic, congested, or simply "off" after certain high-protein or sulfur-rich foods. There can be many possible explanations for those symptoms, but sulfur-processing pathways—including adequate Sulfite Oxidase activity—are usually a major piece of the metabolic puzzle.

And Sulfite Oxidase cannot function normally without Molybdenum.

ALDEHYDE OXIDASE — PROCESSING REACTIVE COMPOUNDS

Then we have Aldehyde Oxidase, another molybdenum-containing enzyme.

Aldehydes aren't obscure chemicals that humans rarely encounter.

We encounter and produce different aldehydes through normal metabolism, environmental exposures, food, alcohol metabolism, fragrances, and countless other sources.

One of the most recognizable examples is acetaldehyde, an intermediate produced during alcohol metabolism.

Acetaldehyde is one of the compounds associated with many of alcohol's unpleasant and toxic effects. Aldehyde metabolism involves multiple enzyme systems, and Molybdenum-dependent Aldehyde Oxidase is one of the body's enzymes capable of oxidizing and removing various aldehydes caused by Alcohol, Drugs, Pollutants, etc.

PS: Ever wonder why alcohol tolerance drops as you get older  vs when you were much younger? Depleted Molybdenum levels that are responsible for detoxing aldehydes have to do with this.

Then there are environmental aldehydes.

Formaldehyde and benzaldehyde, for example, can be encountered in environmental and consumer-product contexts, including certain fragrances and scented products. For sensitive individuals, exposure to volatile compounds in fragrances, soaps, cleaning products, and other scented products may be associated with irritation, headaches, congestion, or other symptoms. Molybdenum has also been proven in higher doses to relieve/fully reverse symptoms of MCAS which can be triggered by being exposed to these things; and is also crucial for Mycotoxin clearance.

Aldehyde-processing enzymes represent part of the body's broader biochemical machinery for handling these compounds.

But it gets even more interesting.

Glyceraldehyde is also generated within carbohydrate metabolism, and too much can cause insulin resistance, lethargy after eating carbs, and a host of other issues.

So aldehyde metabolism isn't merely something that becomes relevant when someone drinks alcohol or walks through the fragrance section of a department store.

Your own metabolism is constantly creating aldehyde compounds that must be processed.

Just like Proteins, some people experience pronounced fatigue or lethargy after large carbohydrate meals. Many mechanisms can contribute to that response—from glucose and insulin dynamics to autonomic and metabolic changes—but efficient processing of metabolic intermediates such as Glyceraldehyde, which in excess is also responsible for issues such as Post Carb Lethargy, Hyperglycemia, and AGEs (Advanced Glycation End Products).

And then there's an especially important relationship for our new formula:

MOLYBDENUM + VITAMIN A

Vitamin A metabolism involves several forms:

Retinyl Palmitate → Retinol → Retinaldehyde → Retinoic Acid

Retinaldehyde is therefore an intermediate in Vitamin A metabolism; and without Molybdenum, it cannot be utilized/processed properly.

Because we're introducing 50,000 IU of Vitamin A into the new Royal-T and Divin-E, we didn't want to think about Vitamin A as an isolated ingredient.

We wanted to simultaneously think about the enzymatic systems surrounding its metabolism.

Aldehyde Oxidase can participate in the oxidation of retinaldehyde to retinoic acid, alongside other retinaldehyde-metabolizing enzymes. This is one key variable people miss as they ignorantly rave about “Vitamin A toxicity”. They are neglecting the increased Copper Demand that Vitamin A causes, and also the Molybdenum cofactor for Retinaldehyde processing/clearing to prevent toxic accumulation.

And that creates another deliberate relationship inside the new formula:

VITAMIN A + COPPER + MOLYBDENUM

Rather than simply increasing Vitamin A and walking away, we're increasing Molybdenum alongside it to provide nutritional support for molybdenum-dependent pathways—including aldehyde metabolism.

That is what we mean when we talk about building a formula around relationships instead of isolated ingredients.

Copper: 3mg → 5mg

Copper is increasing from 3mg to 5mg.

Paired at a 1mg : 10,000IU Vitamin Ratio for optimal Copper/Vitamin A synergy and balance.

Copper plays roles in iron metabolism, connective-tissue formation, antioxidant enzymes, pigmentation, neurological function, and energy metabolism.

But there is a few practical reasons we're excited about this change.

Each daily serving will now provide 5mg of Copper directly from Royal-T or Divin-E (1mg per capsule).

For customers following a personal intake target of 10mg daily, that means only an additional 5 drops of our Copper Drops would be needed to reach that amount.

At five drops per day, a single bottle of Copper can last approximately 240 days.

That means more Copper built directly into the foundation—and less reliance on an additional product.

COBALT: 100mcg → 1mg

Cobalt is increasing 10-fold, from 100mcg to 1mg.

Cobalt is famously located at the center of the Vitamin B12 molecule—the reason B12 is also known as cobalamin.

Cobalt has a long and fascinating history in the study of erythropoiesis and red-blood-cell physiology, and cobalt compounds have historically been investigated for their ability to stimulate erythropoietic signaling as well as neurological improvements.

In fact, cobalt's potential effects on oxygen-related physiology are significant enough that cobalt chloride abuse in high doses (10-20mg+) is prohibited in sport by WADA, due to it's erythropoietic benefits.

We chose to work with Cobalt as a mineral rather than simply loading the formula with enormous supplemental doses of isolated B12. Instead of bypassing a Methylation process by including Methylated B12 (and some individuals with Elevated Homocysteine/MTHFR issues, experiencing side effects) we rather provide the true Raw/Core Substrate that the body uses from B12 (which is Cobalt).

This is a major increase and one of the changes that makes the new formula fundamentally different from the previous generation. It is also something that almost no other Mineral Supplement contains.

Vanadium: New Addition

Royal-T: 500mcg
Divin-E: 250mcg

Vanadium is officially joining both formulas.

Vanadium compounds have been researched for their insulin-mimetic properties and their interactions with glucose metabolism.

That makes its inclusion especially interesting alongside our newly increased 1mg Chromium dose.

Rather than looking at nutrients as isolated ingredients, we continue to formulate around nutrient systems and biochemical relationships.

Chromium + Vanadium creates an entirely new glucose-metabolism/Insulin Regulation component within Royal-T and Divin-E.

LITHIUM — NEW ADDITION: 150mcg

Both formulas will now contain 150mcg of Lithium.

And pay attention to that unit:

Micrograms—not milligrams.

We are deliberately keeping Lithium in trace territory rather than using the traditional 1–5mg supplemental amounts found in some standalone lithium products.

Trace environmental Lithium has generated scientific interest because populations naturally consume varying amounts through food and drinking water, and observational research has examined relationships between naturally occurring Lithium exposure and population-level mental-health outcomes. Populations with a standard intake between 100-300mcg of Lithium have nearly 58% less cases of Depression and Suicide.

We wanted to introduce a small nutritional trace amount rather than turn Lithium into a dominant component of the formula (which high doses can block Iodine uptake, and also dysregulate Serotonin in higher doses).

Sometimes formulation isn't about megadosing something. Sometimes it's about remembering that a nutrient exists in the first place.

L-SELENOMETHIONINE: 400mcg → 1.25mg

A substantial 212.5% increase in Selenium content.

The two forms L-Selenomethionine and L-Selenocysteine are the only two forms of Selenium that are shown to not contribute to Selenosis/Selenium toxicity.

Selenium is far more than a trace mineral. It is an essential component of numerous selenoproteins responsible for thyroid hormone metabolism, antioxidant defense, and cellular protection against oxidative stress. Multiple Pathways + Shared Pool of Resources = Higher Demand, but most "Health Experts" won't tell you this.

Among these are the iodothyronine deiodinases, enzymes responsible for regulating thyroid hormone activation and inactivation, and glutathione peroxidases, which help neutralize harmful peroxides and protect cellular structures from oxidative damage.

But here's where Selenium becomes particularly interesting.

Environmental stressors can increase the burden on the body's antioxidant defense systems.

Exposure to certain heavy metals, industrial pollutants, cigarette smoke, and airborne contaminants can increase oxidative stress and interfere with Selenium-dependent antioxidant pathways. Certain toxic metals such as Mercury can also disrupt Selenium metabolism or reduce its biological availability, causing functional depletion.

Since Selenium contributes to multiple interconnected biological systems, it is important to ensure optimal sufficiency to power all of these pathways. These pathways include:

  • Thyroid Function: Supports deiodinase enzymes responsible for thyroid hormone metabolism.

  • Antioxidant Defense: Supports glutathione peroxidases and thioredoxin reductases that protect cells against oxidative damage.

  • Neurological Function: Supports selenoproteins involved in neuronal protection and redox balance, which can indirectly influence neurotransmitter function.

  • Environmental Stress Response: Helps maintain antioxidant defenses against oxidative stress associated with certain environmental pollutants.

  • Chelation: Selenium has an exceptionally high binding affinity for Mercury, forming stable selenium–mercury complexes that can reduce mercury’s biological reactivity and toxicity, that are subsequently eliminated from the body.

And this becomes especially important when Selenium is paired with Iodine.

Iodine is required to synthesize thyroid hormones, while Selenium-dependent enzymes help regulate their metabolism and protect thyroid tissue against oxidative stress associated with hormone synthesis.

Our reformulated Royal-T maintains an approximately 10:1 Iodine-to-L-Selenomethionine ratio by ingredient weight, pairing 12.5mg of Iodine with 1.25mg of L-Selenomethionine.

Rather than treating Iodine as an isolated ingredient, our objective is to create a more comprehensive nutritional system that recognizes the biochemical relationships between thyroid hormone synthesis, Selenium-dependent enzymes, and antioxidant protection.

One formula. Multiple interconnected pathways. A more comprehensive approach to foundational nutrition.

ACTIVE VITAMIN B2 (R5P) IS BACK: 10mg

We are also bringing Vitamin B2 back into the formula—but we're using Riboflavin-5'-Phosphate (R5P).

B2 participates in an enormous number of flavoprotein-dependent reactions involved in cellular energy and metabolism.

We were particularly interested in restoring B2 alongside the formula's higher Boron intake.

Some individuals report headaches or other unpleasant responses when dramatically increasing Boron intake, particularly when their overall B2 nutritional status isn't well supported.

Rather than treating nutrients as isolated numbers, we want the formula built around cofactor relationships.

So we're adding 10mg of active B2 to make the overall formula more complete.

VITAMIN A — NEW ADDITION: 50,000 IU

This is one of the biggest philosophical changes we've ever made to Royal-T and Divin-E.

Both formulas will now contain 50,000 IU of preformed Vitamin A as Retinyl Palmitate.

Vitamin A and Copper intersect across multiple aspects of normal physiology, while Vitamin A itself is fundamental to gene regulation, immune function, epithelial tissues, vision, growth, and cellular differentiation and tissue/bone remodeling. There is a correlation that those with KP (Keratosis Pilaris) or other skin issues involving bumpy/uneven skin are usually deficient in Vitamin A; which is involved in Skin/Tissue remodeling, and Skin turnover occurs every 28 days.

Retinoic Acid acts as a powerful signaling molecule through nuclear receptors, influencing gene transcription throughout the body.

Vitamin A is therefore deeply connected to processes involving:

-Skin and epithelial turnover

-Immune function

-Cell differentiation

-Bone Remodeling

-Tissue maintenance

-Bone biology

-Healthy vision

-Gene expression

We're pairing 50,000 IU Vitamin A with 5mg Copper, giving the formula a deliberate 10,000 IU : 1mg ratio.

This isn't simply adding Vitamin A to make the Supplement Facts panel longer.

It is part of a broader Vitamin A + Copper + Molybdenum nutrient architecture/synergy.

VITAMIN D3 — NEW ADDITION: 25,000 IU

Vitamin D is also officially joining Royal-T and Divin-E at 25,000 IU per daily serving (5,000IU per capsule)

Vitamin D functions far beyond traditional discussions about bones.

The Vitamin D receptor influences gene transcription throughout the body, and Vitamin D status has relationships with normal immune function, muscle function, calcium metabolism, and many other physiological systems.

Modern indoor lifestyles and Geographical Location can also make adequate sunlight exposure very difficult for some, especially when Daylight savings ends, and when individuals are working 9am-5pm when the Sun is already setting. Daily Vitamin D3 doses of 2,500-5,000 IU are also not a sufficient enough dose to bring individuals up to optimal levels, coming from an extreme deficiency.

So instead of forcing every Royal-T or Divin-E customer to purchase Vitamin D separately, we're incorporating it directly into the formula. 25,000IU per 5 capsules (or 5,000IU per cap), which is equivalent to the Max amount of IUs a Human would produce if they spent 2 hrs full body exposed in sunlight on a Summer Noon; this is enough of a daily intake to keep levels sustained around an optimal level of 80-110 ng/ml, which is shown to restore hair growth and reverse/prevent autoimmune conditions, as well as reverse Seasonal Depression.

But adding this amount of Vitamin D created another question:

What about so-called Vitamin D “toxicity/calcification” risks?

That brings us to perhaps the most expensive change in the entire reformulation.

VITAMIN K2 MK-7: 250mcg → 2.5mg

A TEN-FOLD INCREASE.

This is one of the primary reasons the new Royal-T and Divin-E cost substantially more to manufacture.

We refused to dramatically increase Vitamin D while leaving K2 as an afterthought or just having it as “Label Filler” due to a very low dose.

Vitamin K2 is required for the carboxylation of Vitamin-K-dependent proteins, including Osteocalcin and Matrix Gla Protein (MGP).

The increased dose ensures Carboxylated Osteocalcin and sustained activated Matrix GLA Protein to fully prevent Vascular Calcification of any kind even at a higher D3 dose. This higher dose of MK7 also can contribute to preventing wrinkles due to Carboxylated MGP preventing Calcium deposition in the skin and causing loss of elasticity.

And we're specifically using MK-7, a form of Vitamin K2 with substantially longer half life(3 Days) rather than MK-4 (Only 2 Hours, found in our Cal Phos product with each dose; together they work even better)

The new formula contains:

2,500mcg—or 2.5mg—of MK-7.

Not 90mcg. Not 120mcg. Not 250mcg, like most other brands do and overcharge for max profit…

(ie: Selling K2 formulas with 200mcg for $60-70!!)

2.5 MILLIGRAMS.

Quality MK-7 is expensive. We could have kept the dose low and protected our manufacturing margins. But we chose to perfectly synergize/balance the product instead, and are still choosing to keep the Price significantly lower than it should be for our customers.

BORON — REBALANCED

Royal-T: 80mg
Divin-E: 60mg

To physically accommodate capsule space for everything we're adding, we needed to rebalance Boron.

Royal-T will move down to 80mg, while Divin-E increases to 60mg.

These remain unusually substantial amounts compared with conventional multivitamin formulations.

Boron has been shown to significantly extend the half-life by Vitamin D (by nearly double) by suppressing 24-hydroxylase, the main enzyme responsible for breaking down active vitamin D metabolites (25-hydroxyvitamin D3). This makes the addition of Vitamin D pack a more powerful boost to the formula since Boron and Vitamin D have a direct synergy together.

Boron increases Magnesium Retention, Boron Extends the Half Life of Vitamin D, Boron strongly influences Calcium Regulation, and K2 in higher doses prevents Vascular/Soft Tissue Calcification.

This creates another intentional relationship within the new formulas:

BORON + VITAMIN D + MAGNESIUM + K2

Again, we're not interested in simply throwing dozens of unrelated ingredients into capsules.

We're trying to build systems.

THIS IS NO LONGER JUST A MINERAL FORMULA.

That is the biggest takeaway from this announcement.

Royal-T and Divin-E originally began with a particular purpose.

They have evolved.

And this next generation represents the largest leap yet.

We're combining major minerals, trace minerals, Vitamins A and D, high-dose K2 MK-7, active B2/B6, into one daily system.

Our ambition is for this formula to mark the beginning of what we consider a genuinely comprehensive all-in-one foundational formula. Not a Marketing Gimmick with Label Filler to push the same “All in One” concept while only providing the bare minimum (ie: labels showing 2mg Zinc, 1mg Boron, 50mcg Iodine, 50mg Magnesium, 100mcg Copper, 10mcg Selenium, etc).

Think about what happens when you try to build something comparable with real effective doses one bottle at a time.

$12 Chromium, $6 Vanadium, $15 Molybdenum, $15 Copper, $15 Selenium, $15 Boron, $20 Vitamin A, $17 Vitamin D, $10 Lithium, $15 Manganese, $14 Vitamin E, $20+ quality K2, $16 R-5-P (B2), $15 P-5-P (B6), $15 Iodine, $20 Magnesium.

It isn't difficult to accumulate 16 different bottles.

Even averaging only $15 per product, you're quickly looking at $240 just to assemble a broad foundational stack—and then you're opening, measuring, organizing, and replacing all of them separately.

Our goal is to put the foundation into ONE bottle.

We don't want to hide a price increase behind vague language like "rising costs."

We want you to know exactly where your money is going.

You're getting:

10X the Chromium
4X the Molybdenum
More Copper
10X the Cobalt
New Vanadium
New Trace Lithium
3X the L-Selenomethionine
Active B2 added back in
50,000 IU Vitamin A added
25,000 IU Vitamin D3 added
10X the Vitamin K2 MK-7
Rebalanced high-dose Boron

And these are being incorporated into formulas that were already extremely comprehensive.

We didn't increase the price first and then figure out how to justify it.

We increased what we're putting into the bottle—and the cost of producing that bottle followed.

That's an important distinction.

TO OUR SUBSCRIBERS: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ISN'T BEING IGNORED.

We especially want to address everyone who has been waiting on a Royal-T or Divin-E subscription.

Your subscription has not been processing because the products are currently out of stock.

We know many of you depend on these products as part of your daily routine.

We also understand how frustrating it can be when something you've built into that routine suddenly isn't available.

We appreciate your patience.

But we would rather make you wait a little longer and bring back something substantially better than rush another production run of the previous formula simply to get inventory back on the shelf.

We don't want to manufacture yesterday's product just because it's faster.

We want to manufacture the product we believe should exist tomorrow.

THIS IS THE BIGGEST ROYAL-T & DIVIN-E UPGRADE WE'VE EVER DONE.

Royal-T and Divin-E aren't simply being restocked. They're being completely reengineered.

More comprehensive.
More sophisticated.
More expensive to manufacture.
And formulated to consolidate numerous foundational nutrients that would otherwise require purchasing multiple standalone supplements.

Yes, the retail price is increasing by approximately 28%, bringing the new MSRP to $114.99 per bottle for one-time purchases.

However, for our subscription customers, the price is increasing by just $10 per bottle ($99.99)

What you're getting in return extends far beyond either price increase.

Several key vitamins and minerals are receiving dosage increases ranging from 500% to 1,000%, alongside the incorporation of additional foundational nutrients.

Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Vitamin K2, Chromium, Lithium, and other essential micronutrients are being integrated into a more comprehensive formula, potentially eliminating the need to purchase several of these nutrients separately.

Consider the economics.

A $25 increase in the one-time purchase price could potentially replace $100 or more in separate supplement purchases, depending on an individual's existing regimen.

And for subscription customers, that same reformulation comes at an additional cost of just $10 per bottle.

That's not simply a price increase. It's a fundamental improvement in the overall value proposition.

Our objective isn't to sell you more bottles. It's to deliver more nutritional value within each bottle, reduce unnecessary complexity, and create a more complete foundation for your daily supplementation.

One bottle. One system. One foundation.

That's the next evolution of Caelum Elements.

Restore. Optimize. Thrive.

PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US.

We know everyone wants a restock date. We are schedule to release sometime middle of November (possibly 2-3 Weeks).

We know many of you are checking the website.

We know subscribers are waiting.

And we know the easiest thing for us to do would have been to reproduce the previous formula and get it back in stock as quickly as possible.

We chose not to; and instead reformulated once more even if it meant waiting longer for our manufacturer to source, slot, and produce.

Because Caelum Elements was never created to make the quickest product to manufacture and focus on profit only.

It was created to challenge what a supplement formula could look like.

Every time we learn something that allows us to build something better, we have a decision:

Protect the existing formula because it's convenient—

or evolve it.

We chose evolution.

So please give us a little more time.

When Royal-T and Divin-E return, we believe you'll understand why we waited.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Caelum Elements, everyone who has subscribed, everyone who has told a friend about us, and everyone who has trusted us enough to make our products part of their daily routine.

We're building the next generation now.

And we cannot wait for you to see what comes next.

ROYAL-T & DIVIN-E — REFORMULATED. REBUILT. RELOADED.

Coming Soon.
