Add 10–30 drops per day, divided throughout the day, to meals or recipes. This can include adding to a pot of rice before cooking, incorporating into sauces or batters before baking, or mixing into cooked meals. The formula may also be used topically on the skin as directed.
Start low: Begin with 5-10 drops per day, divided across multiple meals (e.g., 1–3 drops per meal), and gradually increase your intake as tolerance is assessed.
Important: Do not consume all 10 drops in a single hot meal when starting out.
For optimal and safe consumption, it is best to divide your total daily dose across the day. For example, if taking 5mg per day, split that amount evenly across meals rather than taking it all at once. This applies to higher doses as well.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or with water alone, as this may cause nausea. If water consumption is preferred, dilute 1 drop per 1 liter of water to minimize discomfort.
Shake well before each use.
Do not exceed 40 drops per day.
*Copper is recommended to be used while on Royal-T/Divin-E (or while taking Zinc).
*If reversing a Skin condition (Eczema, Psoriasis, Rashes, etc), be sure to lower your Zinc intake, and that your daily copper intake is higher than your Zinc intake. This will shift your Mineral Balance to recover Copper levels for optimal Skin Health. Once healed/reversed, you may take normal levels of Zinc again.
