About a month ago I switched over from my other electrolyte supplements to Caelum Element's Ionic Salts and the difference is night and day. The sodium to potassium ratios in the Ionic Salts is also much better than anything out there that you can find with everything else included. I'll be purchasing this in bulk moving forward. Love it.
