I was beginning to feel the onset of hormone imbalance/perimenopause in 2024 with debilitating back pain, my symptoms were more osteoarthritic. I had a few night sweats, but not drastic. It was the back pain that left me not wanting to walk but crawl. None of my doctors could figure out why except it was only natural age related degeneration on my back. Then last year February 2025 I had my last cycle and I decided to see my doctor. And of course he immediately said you are entering menopause and you should start HRT. They assured me it would help with the back pain, I was the perfect candidate and it was the route I needed to take at this point. I was 51 extremely healthy and in my best shape, so all very frustrating to feel like I was actually on this spiral that seemed out of my control. So I threw my hands in the air and started the HRT journey. It was great but only temporarily. I emailed Chris and asked him about hormone balancing with Divine e. He said take it and you will probably get your cycle back and get off HRT. I laughed didn't believe him! There was no way I could go in reverse! Well was I wrong! I got my period just as I was ringing in 2026, The healthiest cycle! And again like clock work! And the cherry on top I haven't been on HRT since December no back pain. I never thought I would say this but I am forever grateful to have a healthy cycle back. Feeling energized better than I ever did in my 30s and 40s. Divine E is life changing:). Thanks Chris!
