I take 1 pill on empty stomach and 1 pill when I eat a full meal. Since being consistent I have had less cramps. Less pain. Less headaches. And even when working out and feel sore I will take 1 and viola ita gone. This is soo amazing. Very thankful for it's creation.
About a month ago I switched over from my other electrolyte supplements to Caelum Element's Ionic Salts and the difference is night and day. The sodium to potassium ratios in the Ionic Salts is also much better than anything out there that you can find with everything else included. I'll be purchasing this in bulk moving forward. Love it.
I just ordered my second bottle of this. I am getting comments on how amazing my skin is looking. I am 43. Definitely noticed a change my skin. I love that this bottle is so concentrate and lasts 2-3 months depending on how much you dose a day. I wish the shipping wasn’t so expensive to Australia. That cost more that the bottle of copper unfortunately.
