Directions / BEST way to take product

For standard maintenance dose:
-Take 5 Capsules throughout the day, preferably divided into meals for best absorption. (2/1/2 ; 1/2/2 ; etc)
-Do NOT take more than 2 capsules on an empty stomach, as Zinc/Copper/Boron can cause upset stomach or even nauseousness when taken on an empty stomach.
-This product should ONLY be taken with full meals, and NOT on an empty stomach or with a "Snack" or "Light" meal.
-Taking with Dietary Fat will not only increase the bioavailability of Minerals, but also significantly reduce and eliminate any feelings of nauseousness, as both Royal-T and Divin-E formulations high in Fat Soluble Vitamins/Minerals.
-ASSESS TOLERANCE BEFORE INCREASING DOSE OR TAKING 3-5 CAPSULES IN ONE SINGLE MEAL.
ALTHOUGH YOU MAY TAKE 5 CAPSULES IN ONE MEAL, IT IS USUALLY NOT RECOMMENDED (1-2 Max; 3 for those with higher tolerance).
-Drink plenty of water throughout the day (3-4 liters).

Be sure to have an adequate sodium intake while taking this product to maximize Mineral Absorption/Utilization (3,500mg-5,000mg Sodium per day)

If you are an Athlete, have higher physical demands, or are attempting to restore deficiencies:
-8-10 Capsules per day divided in meals (If you eat 4-5 meals, take 2 with each meal; if you only eat 3 large meals, take 3 with each meal.
-Drink Plenty of water throughout the day (3-4 liters).
